Roma 2:3

2:3 And do you think, ¹  whoever you are, when you judge ²  those who practice such things and yet do them yourself, ³  that you will escape God’s judgment?

5:2 through whom we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice ⁴  in the hope of God’s glory.

[9:23]  ⁵ tn Grk “vessels.” This is the same Greek word used in v. 21.

[10:15]  ⁶ tn The word in this context seems to mean “coming at the right or opportune time” (see BDAG 1103 s.v. ὡραῖος 1); it may also mean “beautiful, attractive, welcome.”

[10:15]  ⁷ tn Grk “the feet.” The metaphorical nuance of “beautiful feet” is that such represent timely news.
